News from Mt. Pleasant:

The hallway, Narthex, and stairways have been painted and new flooring installed. What a transition, and it looks fantastic!
White socks are being collected for the homeless through end of November. Deposit your contribution of new socks in the collection bin in the Narthex.
Nathan Koble has arrived safely in Tanzania, Africa for a 2 year stint in the Peace Corp. Contact the church office for details if you would like to send him a note.
Congratulations to Eric Corll and Elizabeth Lapka who were united in marriage at Broad Street Presbyterian Church, Columbus, OH, on Saturday, September 19, 2009. Dr. Corll assisted in the wedding nuptials for his eldest son. Eric and Lizzi will be residing in Dubuque, IA and their address is available through the church office.
There are many tasks to be attended to in our church - both indoors and outdoors. Contact the church office to volunteer your time and talent - it will be greatly appreciated!!
